Package #3: $1000.00
Now that better terms have been negotiated for your business to survive, you will need to make the legal changes to your Lease. A Lease is a legal contract and can only be modified with contract addendums drafted by a licensed attorney. We have negotiated a flat fee for you with a local law firm that will review your current lease, draft and review the modifications to your lease. You know your Landlord will have their attorney working for them, don't go in with a handshake, have an attorney looking out for your best interest. A lease is a legal binding contract.*
